The ReSAKSS website tracks CAADP indicators outlined in the CAADP Results Framework (2015–2025), including the 2014 Malabo Declaration targets.
The website provides easy access to data, trends, analytical tools, and analysis on country, regional, and continental performance, publications, and resources on CAADP implementation. It tracks over 30 agricultural indicators outlined in the CAADP Results Framework.
Key Website Features
- Tracking Indicators tool for monitoring CAADP indicators. It features an interactive map and line chart to compare indicators across countries and regions, a time slider that dynamically changes maps and charts, and downloadable data in charts, maps, excel formats.
- Monitoring Progress tool that provide succinct assessments of country, regional and continental performance and progress on key CAADP indicators including income growth, poverty, hunger, child malnutrition, and achievement of the CAADP 10 percent agricultural budget share and 6 percent agricultural growth target.
- Mutual Accountability tool for tracking progress on establishing and strengthening mutual accountability processes through joint sector reviews, and other review processes at the country and regional levels.
- The eAtlas website features an interactive web-based mapping tool analyzing disaggregated agricultural, socioeconomic, biophysical, and climate data across administrative regions, social strata, and agro-ecologies.
- Publication and Resources repository where visitors can find a plethora of ReSAKSS publications and CAADP resources including the flagship Annual Trends and Outlook Reports (ATOR), Working Papers, Issue Notes, Brochures, CAADP Implementation Documents, Joint Sector Review Assessment Reports, and Capacity Needs Assessments.
The ReSAKSS web-based data and knowledge management platforms allow for the direct access, browsing, basic manipulation, and download of these data records with minimum computing and expertise needs. In doing so, these platforms reduce the workload of data users and address the limited network bandwidth and latency characteristics of Africa.
The ReSAKSS platforms have potential to serve all state and non-state actors involved in policy planning, implementation, and monitoring; policy analysis, review and dialogue; and design and targeting of agricultural and other investments. These online platforms are geared towards countries in Africa, where network issues and technology resources can be a challenge users with limited resources and or time or whose investigators may not wish to invest in resources for data preparation and preprocessing.

The ReSAKSS Country eAtlases (RCeA) are an interactive Web-based Geographic Information System for policymakers, analysts, and other stakeholders. The RCeA aim is to support evidence-based policy planning and implementation and inclusive policy review and learning processes in Africa by providing an online, highly interactive and dynamic data environment rich with standard pre-processing and essential data analysis tools, assembling in one resource data from a variety of domains necessary for effective policy design and targeting, and ensuring broad access to high quality and disaggregated data across sectors, administrative regions, social strata, and agroecologies to facilitate inclusive review and dialogue processes.
